Garlic Shrimp Alfredo & Garlic Butter Salmon

Hey there my friends! How are you guys doing? Two days ago was my mum's birthday, so I made two extra dinners for her and the rest of our family. I cooked Garlic Shrimp Alfredo, which is actually tastes like Carbonara, and Garlic Butter Salmon. On this blog, I'm going to share with you guys how to make both of these delicious food!

Garlic Shrimp Alfredo
Serving: 4 people

Ingredients :
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 onion, diced

- 1 medium tomato, diced (no picture because I accidentally deleted it)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 cups heavy cream
P/S: I don't use heavy cream actually. I melt 2 cups of unsalted butter and stir it with 4 cups of milk.
Don't put too much butter or else your pasta will look too yellowish.

- 1 pound fettuccine, cooked

- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated (I use this brand)
Image result for parmesan cheese florida
- 1/2 parsley, chopped

Preparation :
1) Cook the shrimp, salt and pepper until the shrimp turns pink.
2) Remove the shrimp.

3) Cook the onions, tomatoes and garlic until the garlic turns slightly brown.

4) Add the "heavy cream".

5) When it is boiled enough, toss in the fettuccine, shrimp, parsley, parmesan cheese.
6) Stir until the cheese melt.
7) Serve and enjoy!

See, it is very simple!
