Japanese Food

Hey friends! How are you guys doing so far? Can't wait for the Ramadhan month to end already? Soo actually this post should be about me hanging out with my cousin but turns out we just went for a dinner. Because on the afternoon both of us took her nephew and niece went to Aeon Mall to play around a little bit until evening. Okay maybe not so a little bit. After that, we took the LRT from Wangsa Maju to go to the NU Sentral Mall. The LRT must stop at the KL Sentral though. We searched for about 10 minutes to find a good place for dinner and at last we chose Sakae Sushi Restaurant. Only because both of us love sushi so much.

This is what I ate:

1) I don't remember the name but it is just plain white rice with a few beef that tastes like when it's mixed with soy sauce. Honestly, it tastes a little bit weird because of the chosen soy sauce. So, I would rate it 6/10.

2) I don't remember the name too but I think it is called Gyoza. These tastes like when you fry a dumpling. Nothing much. I think it is a bit pricey so not that worth it actually. Rate would be 4/10.

3) The last one and this is my favourite sushi! It is called Egg Mayo Gunkan. Nothing much only egg mayo on the top and a little bit of fish eggs. Very cheap and delicious! I would rate 10/10.

I just drank a cup of iced water. Not special so no photo. I only ate these 3 food because the plain white rice was actually plenty. My stomach got full on the beef-with-rice only. That's it guys. Salam Ramadhan!

Garlic Shrimp Alfredo & Garlic Butter Salmon

Hey there my friends! How are you guys doing? Two days ago was my mum's birthday, so I made two extra dinners for her and the rest of our family. I cooked Garlic Shrimp Alfredo, which is actually tastes like Carbonara, and Garlic Butter Salmon. On this blog, I'm going to share with you guys how to make both of these delicious food!

Garlic Shrimp Alfredo
Serving: 4 people

Ingredients :
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 onion, diced

- 1 medium tomato, diced (no picture because I accidentally deleted it)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 cups heavy cream
P/S: I don't use heavy cream actually. I melt 2 cups of unsalted butter and stir it with 4 cups of milk.
Don't put too much butter or else your pasta will look too yellowish.

- 1 pound fettuccine, cooked

- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated (I use this brand)
Image result for parmesan cheese florida
- 1/2 parsley, chopped

Preparation :
1) Cook the shrimp, salt and pepper until the shrimp turns pink.
2) Remove the shrimp.

3) Cook the onions, tomatoes and garlic until the garlic turns slightly brown.

4) Add the "heavy cream".

5) When it is boiled enough, toss in the fettuccine, shrimp, parsley, parmesan cheese.
6) Stir until the cheese melt.
7) Serve and enjoy!

See, it is very simple!
